Invite people from other servers & chat with them witout realID connetcion

Blizzard introduced the new feature so that you can queue up to dungeons with your realID friends.

So I found out you can chat & invite everyone from every realm even WITHOUT a realID connection

just do it like that

e.g /inv Testchar-Tirion

so player 'Testchar' from server tirion

you can also /w Testchar-Tirion to chat with them
