I love seeing stories like this because of what it says about blizzard. It is a huge testament-in fact, the single greatest testament-to the intelligence of the people when they trust the individuals they hire to use discretion in doing what they are best at. Corporate business aren't really obligated to give their employees discretionary power like that, and it shows Blizzard trusts and relies on its employees where most businesses see employees as a problem waiting to happen and a necessary evil.
