All you have to do is get deserter, just get deserter before the end of the bg and your counter wont reset.
So for example you are fighting on twin peaks, one of the teams have 2 points all you have to do is die, release the spirit and don't move - you will get inactive debuff fast and then kick for being inactive. Then wait 15 minutes with deserter and join for new twin peaks
This WONT work if you just leave bg, you have to wait to get kicked.
