[Monk] Running with 400% speed

Long time since I have last contributed, but here is an exploit for once.

1. Find a dungeon or raid entrance where it would say something like "You need to be level 77 to enter this dungeon", just any dungeon/raid that you can't enter.
2. Use "Flying Serpant Kick" into the portal, now the loading screen will pop up and go away again rather fast, then you will have 400% speed.
3. Run around and have fun.

So pretty much all you need for this is being a Windwalker Monk that has reached level 18.
