As alliance it was a scary trek. The only alliance race that could access it with relative ease was the Night Elves, and that was running through Stone Talon Mountains and Barrens; pretty tough as a pre-20 character. If you weren't a Nelf the only option (aside from a summon) was to corpse hop through STV to Booty Bay, then take the boat to Barrens. Just getting there was a time consuming effort, but it felt so epic once there, especially if you had to fight Horde over the summoning stone. :)
I wish they never changed the part where you had to jump. Many a failures, haha. BFD exists to make warlocks feel useful.
