Level 90 upgrade feature available on PTR

I couldn't do anything with that since I don't have any eligible characters on PTR, but according to datamined strings, you'll get a bonus to tradeskills if you boost a character from 60+ to 90. They haven't said what the boost is, but some people are thinking its a full 1->600.

I just wish they would offer this as a free in game service to players who have reached the level cap. Maybe you could buy x amount of level grants for a character, or even all the way to 90, with Justice Points or something like that.

Once you level to the cap the first time there is no reason to force players to do it again, and it shouldn't be people with money who are spared from that grind.
