50% run speed bonus in RBG&Arena

The toy 'Goren Garb' that transforms you into a Goren increases your movement speed by 50% and it works in arena and RBG's.

It does break when you hit somebody but:

It is still useful in many ways.

• You can have 50% run speed in stealth/camouflage/invisibility
• You can use it to run around the pillar and prevent the enemy melee from connecting to you as a healer
• In RBG's when you carry the flag you get a free 50% runspeed bonus as long as no one attacks you
